Returns

A proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges in-store or online.

Store Purchases

For items purchased in-store, a receipt is required. Please refer to the return policy printed on the bottom of your receipt.

Online Purchases

If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased online, please email [email protected] to begin the return or exchange. You'll receive an email back with instructions on how to proceed. All items purchased through our website have a 14 day return policy. All items must be returned or exchanged in original packaging with no wear or use.

Archer Paper Goods is not responsible for any returned shipping charges.

Once your item is returned and inspected, you will receive an email with the approval. Your original payment method will be refunded and can take up to 10 business days for refunds to appear in your account.

No returns on Gift Cards will be accepted.
